alligatortek delivered Threshold their upgraded Work Order Management System. Their current database was converted from Microsoft Access to SQL Server and additional functionality was added. This upgrade allows offsite personnel to more easily access their data and also allows Threshold to more effectively track costs.

Time Dollar Youth Court contacted alligatortek when their Access database suddenly became inoperable. alligatortek identified the database as being corrupt and remedied the situation. The database was repaired and working by the next day. alligatortek also took the initiative to setup the database in a different environment to prevent any future corruption. The solution allowed Time Dollar Youth Court to continue normal business operations with minimal downtime.

On Monday, August 4, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) met with Sid Bala, President and CEO, alligatortek, to discuss breakthrough legislation designed to make insurance more available and affordable for the 47.1 million employees of the nation’s 5.8 million small businesses and for 14.1 million self-employed individuals. The Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) addresses the number one problem for many small businesses and the self-employed. Sid Bala was among a panel of three business representatives invited by the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce to provide their feedback on the costs of health care today.

PTI Group contacted alligatortek when they were unable to perform normal operations in their Access database. alligatortek remedied the problem the next day. PTI Group also selected alligatortek to continue development on a web based system to track assets, inspection and installation data. The web system will enable PTI Group to manage their day to day operations on the web.
