PTI Group inspects pipes during the building of oil and natural gas pipelines. Pipes are inspected and tracked through the different stages of manufacturing and installation. The company received their new pipe tracking website which enables them to efficiently manage pipes and track their inspections. Pipes are tracked using features such as barcode scanning, management reporting, and the tracking of each pipe’s certification documents. During the pipe installation phase workers are out in the ocean where internet connections are not available. The website provides the ability for workers to work in the system without an internet connection. When the workers get back to land and have an internet connection they can then sync their inspection data up on the website.

Federal Reserve Bank was having a problem with their application used to run the cash register in their cafeteria. They were unable to add a new item into the cash register. The source code to the application was not available so alligatortek could not dig through the code to pinpoint and fix the issue. A senior programmer with alligatortek used his experience to come up with a solution that served as a workaround to the problem. Federal Reserve Bank is now able to operate their cash register application without any issues.
