First, we strive to communicate with you to understand your needs. After our initial meeting, we develop a custom proposal that outlines all suggested work to be completed. In this tailored document, we describe the system and its processes as well as our recommendations for your needs. The details in our custom proposal will provide you with confidence that we understand your business need and will deliver the project on schedule and within budget.

Once you accept the project terms and conditions, we will provide you with a timeline complete with deliverable dates and milestones. Your assigned Business Analyst and Project Manager are dedicated professionals who will work with you during the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to put you in control of your end-product. Once development is complete and User Signoff is received, the system will be implemented with minimal effort from your users.

Requirements Phase

This initial phase will provide the platform for alligatortek to develop a clear understanding of your project requirements. A shared, detailed understanding of the project will be developed that will serve as a foundation for resource scheduling, project planning, cost estimation, and development. Application Design Process

The Application Design process will flow as follows:

  1. Our Business Analyst and Project Manager will facilitate a meeting to begin the design process. This will account for the needs of each of your key stakeholders.
  2. Key program concept screens will be developed based on the Wireframe diagrams and IA from the Requirements phase.
  3. Digital files will be presented for joint review and discussion.
  4. Key program concept screens will be refined based on user input from the review session.
  5. A revised set of files will be presented for joint review and discussion.
  6. Based on feedback from the review session, the screens will be modified and a final version presented for final design approval.
  7. Once final approval is received, the site will be implemented.
